We All Want to Be Happy
There are few things that we all want. We want to be productive, we want to be healthy and we want to be happy! We want to go through our days and just say: ‘I got something done that really MATTERS and I feel good about it!’

Thus, we have got to set up habits every day that bring great things. Basically, it doesn’t actually have to be really complicated. Because sometimes we make things way too complicated! That’s why I invite you to just make it simple.
Great Achievers and Successful People Work from a List
One simple thing that I would suggest is that every night make a list of the top three to five things that you have to get done the next day. And make sure to do the most important things.
In order to be productive every day, take 60 seconds from your time and write a quick list of the top things you want to accomplish the next day.
How to be Happy Everyday
Just DECIDE and CHOOSE to be HAPPY and no matter what is going to happen, CHOOSE HAPPINESS! Then go out and make things that bring happiness.
Here’s a little hint for you. It is not always going to be that the things which bring pleasure will always bring happiness. In fact, for the most part; the things that bring happiness in life are the things we are giving! So, do not go out and look for someone to make you happy, but actually go out and try to help and serve people and automatically that will bring tremendous happiness to your life. Giving, serving, loving and helping bring so much pleasure and happiness to life.

To Reach Happiness You Need to Go Through Healthiness
Too many of us are just killing ourselves! Just try to eat well and you will be healthy. It is that easy. Do not eat garbage or unhealthy food, stay away from carbs, soda, white sugar and all the junk food and eventually, you will be in a great health. It is just a very simple habit that will transform our lives! By eating healthy food, you will have energy, you will feel better and have a great body. And again, it doesn’t have to be that complicated. It should not be some complex diet or a big gym membership with a trainer, but it is just simply getting some good exercise and healthy food.
I made a commitment with myself for about 20 years now to eat healthy food, cut out all the junk and exercise well and I feel so great! I have so much energy and I just feel alive.
I am spending time with my family, traveling around the world, serving, helping people and doing things that matter for us and our life is just FANTASTIC! We are doing these things consistently everyday, so we are happy, productive and healthy; and it makes life AWESOME!
